Unpasteurized and unfiltered, this honey retains its natural enzymes, pollens, and rich complexity.

Our bees forage freely among the salt marsh wildflowers and local farms of Cow Bay, Nova Scotia. Sometimes you can find them at the beach, pollinating the untamed Atlantic coastline.

Available in October until sold out. Our supply depends on the season. We take a "bees eat first" approach.

The Process

We typically harvest in September. From the hive, through the extractor, strainer, and into the bottle. No heat. You will find grains of pollen and comb.
